Phil Howard is a distinguished academic and executive with extensive experience in governance, digital journalism, and public policy. Currently serving as President of the International Panel on the Information Environment since January 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of PATTRN.AI since April 2021, Phil also holds a professorship at the University of Oxford.
