Erin Stiles

Erin Stiles serves as the Business HR Manager for Enterprise Operational Excellence at International Paper since February 2016, overseeing human resources activities to align with the global HR strategy and supporting employee development. Prior to this role, Erin held positions at PepsiCo, including Region HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included providing HR support for over 900 employees, diagnosing organizational issues, and partnering with Talent Acquisition. Erin began professional career as a Zone Sales/HR Assistant, focusing on data analysis, employee support, and managing benefits and training programs. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Eastern Kentucky University.
