Doug Kleppen

Doug Kleppen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and IT management. Currently, Doug serves as the Director of Strategy & Planning at International Personal Finance Plc, leading the strategic planning process and overseeing the execution of specific strategic initiatives since 2007. Prior to this, Doug held the position of Group IT Director, responsible for defining and delivering the Group IT strategy. Doug's previous roles include Director of Bought Debt & Analytics at Wescot Credit Services, Head of Credit & Risk at O2 (Telefónica UK), Finance Director at Sadko in Russia, and Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Doug holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Leicester.
