Christy Gallaway

Christy Gallaway currently serves as the Director of Strategy, Planning, and Execution at FinDev Canada since June 2023. Prior to this role, Gallaway worked at Export Development Canada from March 2021 to June 2023 as a Business Partner - Principal, and from March 2014 to March 2020 as a Principal - Strategic Change. Earlier experience includes positions at the Government of Canada, where responsibilities included Manager of Corporate Planning and Reporting and Organizational Development Senior Advisor from January 2007 to March 2014. Gallaway also held roles as a Strategy and HCM Consultant at IBM from May 2004 to January 2007 and at Capgemini Ernst & Young from September 2001 to May 2003. Academically, Gallaway earned a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Waterloo.
