Marta Woźniak

Marta Woźniak's work experience includes being the HR Director Czech & Senior HR BP for Global IT at International Personal Finance Plc since July 2021. Before that, they worked at Provident Polska from 2009 to 2021, where they held the positions of Head of Resourcing, Learning & Development Department / Dyrektor Departamentu Szkoleń i Rozwoju from an undisclosed date until 2021, and various HR Senior Manager roles from 2009 to 2016. Prior to this, they were the Head of Resources Development Office at Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2009 and a Recruitment & Development Specialist at Nationale-Nederlanden from 2005 to 2006.

Marta Woźniak completed their education with a PhD in Social and Economic Sciences from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2010. Prior to that, they earned two Master's degrees, one in History from the University of Warsaw in 2007, and another in Social Applied Sciences from the same university in 2006. Marta also completed an internship in Information Services and Management at Saxion Hogeschool IJseland Netherlands in 2003-2004. Marta has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as critical thinking, decision-making, resilience, virtual team management, and overcoming cognitive bias.
