Stuart Doran has a strong background in HR leadership and strategic planning. With experience in various senior roles at International Personal Finance Plc, Stuart has successfully shaped and led the company's Reward strategy, provided HR services to the corporate headquarters, and acted as an HR Business Partner for the Executive and senior leadership team. Prior to this, Stuart held roles at Mercuri Urval and BOC Gases, where Stuart focused on strategic planning, organizational change, and managing key client relationships.
