Mayim Alia Tan is currently an SCD Assistant at International Pharmaceuticals. Mayim previously worked as a Process Engineer at UNA Internationale Trading Corporation from November 2020 to February 2021, where they were responsible for ensuring the manufacturing processes were efficient and effective by reducing manufacturing wastes through practicing the lean manufacturing principles. Mayim also developed a Work Instructions (WI) Manual that served as a standard working tool that was used as a reference and direction by the company.

From August 2019 to June 2020, Mayim worked as a researcher at Sugbu ACS Manufacturing Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for conducting research on various topics related to the company's products and services. Mayim also compiled and analyzed data to support the company's marketing and sales efforts.

Mayim Alia Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos. Mayim then went on to earn their High School Diploma from the same school. Mayim is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy, a global certification body for six sigma certifications.
