Mike Ross

Mike Ross is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Property Claims Manager at International Programs Group since July 2018, after holding roles as Branch Manager and Property Supervisor within the same organization. Ross has extensive experience in claims management, having previously worked as Claims Manager for Property and Marine at ACE INA Insurance and Unit Claims Manager at Intact Insurance, where responsibilities included subrogation and catastrophe claims management across Ontario and other regions in Canada and the U.S. Ross's career began in 1985 at State Farm Insurance as a Property Claims Specialist, with subsequent senior positions at Crawford Adjusters Canada and Aviva Canada. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Sheridan College and ongoing studies at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
