Kelly Tsanova

Kelly Tsanova currently serves as the Resident Program Director at the International Republican Institute since June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Head of Programme at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid) from September 2018 to June 2023, and a role as Technical Advisor for Grants & Finance at Goutte d'eau - a child support network from January 2017 to February 2018. Previously, Kelly held positions as Project Manager at MAG (Mines Advisory Group) from May 2014 to November 2016, Program Development Manager at Hagar from February 2011 to September 2013, Development & Communications Manager at MAG from December 2008 to February 2011, and Resettlement & Placement Coordinator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington from November 2005 to November 2008. Additionally, an early career role as an English Teacher was undertaken at Nyelviskolák Szakmai Egyesülete from October 2004 to June 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nationalism Studies from Central European University (2004-2005) and a Bachelor's degree in History & International Studies of Eastern Europe from Gordon College (1998-2002).
