Ash Juneghani

Ash Juneghani is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Global Finance Transformation at the International Rescue Committee since March 2014. In this role, Ash leads a global team to design and implement finance transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness through project management, process optimization, and training. Prior roles within the organization include Director of ERP Finance for the US and Europe, Senior Officer for ERP Finance, and Senior Finance Manager, each contributing to the successful deployment and enhancement of Microsoft D365 in financial operations. Ash's background also includes experience in donor relations and grants management, complemented by a Master's degree in International Policy Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kennesaw State University. Additionally, Ash served as a Board Member for The Welcoming Co-op and has previous experience in administrative support and fundraising within various organizations.
