Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson currently serves as the People & Culture Strategic Advisor and previously held the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at the International Rescue Committee since 2016. Prior to this role, Brian Johnson spent over two decades at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Human Resources from 1992 to 2013. Brian Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
