Cosmas Ayella

Cosmas Ayella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Programs at the International Rescue Committee since February 2017, where leadership in developing and managing strategic action plans for programming in South Sudan is emphasized. Prior roles include Design Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, Assurance Manager at PwC Uganda, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the World Bank Financed South Sudan Rural Roads Project, and M&E Specialist for Creative Associates International. Cosmas Ayella has a solid academic foundation, holding a Master's in Management Studies from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor's in Statistics from Makerere University, with ongoing studies for an MBA at Robert Kennedy College.
