Elvis Igirimbabazi

Elvis Igirimbabazi is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), currently serving as the MEAL Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee since June 2020. In this role, Elvis has successfully led MEAL processes in emergency contexts, enhancing partner capacity through tailored support plans and training. Previous positions include directing MEAL operations across various sectors and serving as a business analyst, utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making at Interbank Burundi and Econet Wireless Burundi. Elvis holds a Master of Sciences in Applied Mathematics/Statistics from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Analysis, Statistics, and Numerical Sciences from the University of Burundi.
