Emma Hare

Emma Hare is an accomplished professional in the field of financial services and corporate partnerships, currently serving as Associate Director of Financial Services at the International Rescue Committee since September 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at UNICEF UK from April 2014 to March 2023, where Emma held multiple roles including Corporate Partnerships Team Lead, Corporate Partnerships Manager, and Corporate Partnerships Executive. During this time, Emma excelled in managing relationships with corporate partners and leading cause-related marketing initiatives. Emma's career began at Breakthrough Breast Cancer, where responsibilities included providing account management for major partners and enhancing community fundraising efforts, following an initial role as Community Fundraising Assistant at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Emma holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from The University of Birmingham, completed in 2007.
