Jeannie Annan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as the Chief Research & Innovation Officer and Chief Scientist at the International Rescue Committee since 2009. Annan has held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Director and Director of Research & Evaluation at the same organization. Previous roles include Visiting Scientist at Harvard University's FXB Center for Health and Human Rights and Postdoctoral Fellowships at Yale University and New York University. Early career roles at AVSI Foundation involved positions as an Education Consultant, Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant, and Field Coordinator. Annan holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a B.A. in Education from Grove City College and experience as a Visiting Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley.
