Jillian Danley

Jillian "Jiji" Danley is a seasoned professional in community development, consulting, and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee since November 2023. As the founder and consultant at Stonefruit Consulting since September 2020, Jillian has supported 29 clients across five states in areas including Hunger Relief and Urban Farming, securing over $250,000 in grants for multiple organizations and individuals. Previously, as the Food Access Program Manager at Living Well Kent Collaborative, Jillian managed a team to enhance food access, supported BIPOC and marginalized farmers in obtaining significant grant funding, and engaged in extensive community outreach. Jillian's extensive board experience includes leadership roles at YWCA North Central Washington and Wenatchee Pride, alongside a notable tenure in various roles at Planned Parenthood. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Master's in Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University.
