Katie Zanoni is a Learning & Evidence Senior Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities include enhancing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) capacities for Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration programs, and promoting a gender, equity, diversity, and inclusion (GEDI) lens in MEL practices. With teaching roles at the University of San Diego and experience as a Peace and Human Rights Education Consultant, Katie has developed conflict-sensitive peace education curricula and facilitated various courses on gender, war, and peace. With an Ed.D. in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco, Katie's background reflects a strong commitment to peacebuilding, human rights, and social justice.
