Lama Kilzar

Lama Kilzar is a knowledgeable professional in partnerships and compliance, currently serving as a Subawards and Partnerships Compliance Officer at the International Rescue Committee since December 2021, also holding roles as Partnership Manager and Coordinator within the organization. As an Advisory Board Member for Research at The Coneflower Institute since July 2021, Lama brings valuable insights from previous experience as a Program Officer at The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, overseeing partner support and capacity building. Additional expertise includes initiating the MEAL department at ABAAD - Resource Centre for Gender Equality, where Lama developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and conducting research on HIV screening at Bruyere Research Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in epidemiology and biostatistics, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the American University of Beirut.
