Lana Azazi

Lana Azazi possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Deputy Director of International and Emergency Recruitment at the International Rescue Committee since July 2017, after holding positions as Regional Recruitment Lead and Regional Recruitment Coordinator for MENA. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resources at the World Health Organization for a brief period in 2017, and case processing at the International Organization for Migration from March 2016 to March 2017. Lana has worked as a freelance recruiter in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, led recruitment at The Royal Hashemite Court, and supported HR functions at the U.S. Department of State and Orange. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Cambridge.
