Maknuna Khujalieva

Maknuna Khujalieva serves as the Compliance and Risk Management Director at the International Rescue Committee since August 2023. Previously, Khujalieva held the position of Risk and Compliance Director at Save the Children International from April 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes acting as the Country Compliance and Transparency Manager at ACTED, where responsibilities included managing compliance and audit engagements for the Syria and Turkey operations. Khujalieva has also contributed as the Internal Audit Manager at OXUS, providing high-quality advisory input and enhancing governance frameworks, and gained extensive experience as a Senior Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor in various capacities at OXUS Microfinance. Khujalieva holds a Master's of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Human Resources from Bangalore University and has attended Central European University.
