Mogga Loyo is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and research development, currently serving as a Senior M&E Officer at the International Rescue Committee and Director of Research Development at BrainsMark Research and Development Consult. With a robust background in project monitoring and evaluation, Mogga has held various roles, including PMEL at Cordaid and DM&E Roving Coordinator at WVSS. As the Founder of DWWs South Sudan and a longstanding proofreader for colleges and universities, Mogga also served as Director of Administration at Wol Kuajok and worked as a Behavior Change and Communication Officer for World Vision International. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Peace and Development Studies from the University of Juba, a Master's in Public Health from International Health Science University, and a Bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
