Navin Samtani

Navin Samtani is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in program and portfolio management. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Program and Portfolio Management at the International Rescue Committee since July 2017, Navin leads a team of 20 program managers across various critical portfolios, including Global Information Security and ERP/Finance. Prior roles at the IRC included Director and Associate Director, where Navin managed digital platforms for e-commerce, fundraising, and advocacy. Previously, Navin held several key positions at Deloitte from July 2002 to September 2016, including Technical Program Manager and Senior Technical Consultant, overseeing projects ranging from $200K to $20MM. Navin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
