Tamara Kiptenko

Tamara Kiptenko is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in journalism, multimedia production, and content creation. Currently serving as the Regional Content and Digital Officer for the International Rescue Committee, Tamara is responsible for capturing frontline program initiatives through photography and video, as well as overseeing logistics and budgets for content trips. Prior experience includes a role as a journalist at Deutsche Welle, where storytelling and social media engagement were key aspects, and a multimedia journalist position at Kyiv Post, overseeing video production from concept to delivery. Tamara began a career in journalism with roles at various organizations, including features reporting and freelancing, and has completed a postgraduate certificate in Strategic Communications from King's College London.
