Thierno M. Barry

Thierno M. Barry is the Regional Supply Chain Director for West Africa at the International Rescue Committee, a position held since October 2015, where responsibilities include advising on ethics, compliance, quality assurance, and capacity building for supply chain management across nine country programs. Previously, Thierno served as the Africa Operations Manager for the Malaria Consortium from March 2013 to October 2015, focusing on operational excellence in five country programs, and as the Deputy Director for Operations for the International Rescue Committee from June 2010 to February 2013, overseeing a $9.5 million budget and multiple program executions in Rwanda and Burundi. Thierno holds a Masters in International Development from the University of Kent and a degree in Organizational Leadership from International Leadership University.
