Ola Fajobi

Ola Fajobi serves as the Deputy Director General for Institutional Services and Systems at the International Rice Research Institute since March 2018, overseeing strategic and operational institutional issues, as well as various administrative functions including ICT, Finance, and Risk Management. Previously, Ola held roles such as Director of Global Human Resources and Organisational Development at the International Rice Research Institute, Chief of Staff at Hexion HR Solutions, and Global Head of Human Resources at Christian Aid. With extensive experience in human resources management across multiple organizations, Ola has shaped HR strategies, supported global teams, and developed organizational capabilities.
