Chelsea MacKinnon

Chelsea MacKinnon is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a Continuing Education Content Specialist at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. since June 2023 and as an Independent Contractor at BELAY since May 2023. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Associate Principal at Frisco ISD from January 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included designing and implementing innovative learning solutions and aligning project teams for effective content delivery. Chelsea also served as Assistant Principal at Lebanon Trail High School from July 2019 to June 2021, leading the initiation of key programs and overseeing multiple departments. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Principal at Clark Middle School from July 2017 to June 2019, focusing on academic standards and safety protocols. Chelsea holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Baptist University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at El Paso.
