James W. has extensive experience in content development and technical writing, currently serving as Senior Content Architect at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing automations with Python and creating an internal documentation website using React. Previously, James held the role of Lead Technical Writer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., managing a global team and overseeing projects across multiple countries. James began a career at The Baltimore Sun, supervising production staff and managing publications, and has also contributed as an adjunct professor in creative writing at The University of Arizona and as a long-term substitute teacher.
