Susan Diaz has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Susan started their career as a Sr Programmer/Analyst - DBA at Nobel Insurance Group, where they coded using Gupta/Centura SQL Windows. Susan then worked as a SQL Server DBA/Jr. Web Admin at Citizens Communications, administering multiple databases. At Opesnet, Susan served as a SQL Server DBA/Developer, responsible for database maintenance, optimization, and designing data warehouses. Susan also worked at ATSC as a Managing Consultant, involved in project management and architecture design. Currently, Susan is an IT Director at International Risk Management Institute, Inc., overseeing applications development, software quality assurance, and web development.
Susan Diaz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from East Texas Baptist University, where they studied Accounting and Legal Assistant Studies from 1990 to 1994. Susan also holds additional certifications including CTFL from ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board and various Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Administrator 2008, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance.
