Elmer de Bruin

Elmer de Bruin serves as the President and Vice President of the IRU Goods Transport Council since May 2020 and has been with Transport en Logistiek Nederland since 1996, currently holding the position of International Affairs Manager and Team Coordinator for International matters. In addition, Elmer de Bruin has been the Head of International Affairs at NIWO since November 2016 and is a member of the Sector Council at NIWO. Elmer de Bruin's educational background includes a degree in German from the Lerarenopleiding Duits en Nederlands (1983-1988) and VWO studies completed from 1977 to 1983.
