Marina Borges

Marina Borges currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at the International School, leading teams in pedagogical consulting, customer support, account management, and performance analytics since May 2025. In addition, Marina holds the position of Executive Manager at Arco Educação, beginning in August 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Bain & Company, where Marina progressed from Summer Associate Consultant Intern to Manager between July 2017 and August 2024, and as a Business Innovation Consultant for the World Food Programme from April to October 2022, focusing on redesigning fundraising strategies for development programs. Marina earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in General Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, as well as a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, both completed in January 2018.
