Janine Netzel

Janine Netzel is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and leadership. As the founder and managing director of Munich Center for Leadership GmbH since April 2016, Janine has significantly contributed to leadership development. Concurrently, Janine serves as a Professor of Business Psychology at the International School of Management in Germany. Previous roles include Deputy Head at LMU Center for Leadership and People Management from July 2011 to February 2019, and freelance trainer, consultant, and mediator from November 2009 to February 2016. Janine holds a PhD in Psychology from Ludwig Maximilians University Munich and a diploma in Psychology from Humboldt University of Berlin.
