Timothy Kelley is currently the Director (Head of School) at the International School of Stuttgart. Prior to this, they served as the Head of School at Ross School from July 2006 to July 2008. There, they directed over 120 faculty and staff in four divisions with an enrollment of 570 students. In two years, the school leadership successfully consolidated a lower school of 150 students, implemented a 1-1 Laptop Program for grades 5-12, managed a whole school scope and sequence evaluation of Math and Science programs, implemented a new staff professional development and evaluation process, redesigned an admissions process, staff structure and supervised the building of the new website and promotional materials.

The Head of Ross was also responsible for directing a conference on Mind Brain and Education with leading educational researchers. The most significant task for the Head was to work with the Development team to triple the Annual Fund through innovative fund raising initiatives as well as working with CFO to expand revenue potential of campus through a world renowned summer concert series that raised nearly 2 million towards the school’s scholarship fund.

Before their time at Ross School, Kelley was the Chair at Educational Collaborative for International Schools.
