Tom Penny

Tom Penny is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Principal at the International School of Stuttgart e.V. since August 2012, where initiatives include developing a professional growth coaching model, implementing comprehensive onboarding programs, and overseeing various curriculum enrichment activities. Previously, Tom served as Diploma Programme Coordinator, focusing on academic monitoring, examination organization, and student pastoral support.
