Phil Mitchell

Phil was born in the United Kingdom but has lived overseas for the last twenty years in both Spain (mainly Mallorca) and Croatia. He is a qualified Accountant as well as being a Spanish speaker. He was educated in the North of England and subsequently the majority of his professional career has been spent in the Leisure Sector until, he joined the International Schools Partnership (ISP) European Team in May 2018 where he is really enjoying the Amazing Learning principle.

During his time in the Leisure Sector, Phil has held both Senior Management and Finance positions in Thomas Cook, TUI and Grand Circle. During this time, he worked in Cruising, Hotels, Tour Operating and Retail as a Managing Director, CFO and COO.
