Will Morgan

Will grew up in Surrey, UK and went to Leeds University where he studied French and Spanish. He met his wife while spending a year abroad in Granada, Spain. Will’s dad and both of his grandfathers were chartered accountants so there was a certain inevitability he would follow in their footsteps, despite being adamant when younger that he would not do so under any circumstances! He was keen to use his language skills and after qualifying he joined Inchcape plc where he spent 10 years in international roles across internal audit, M&A and finance including four years as Regional Finance Director for South America, based in Santiago. The experience of living in Chile, enabled Will to realise his ambition of travelling around the region, in addition to honing his Spanish language skills and discovering the pisco sour drink which he believes is the world’s greatest cocktail.
