Pauline O'Brien

Pauline O'Brien has extensive experience in various roles, primarily focused on recruitment, leadership development, and team building in the education and international development sectors. Pauline currently serves as the Director of Global Recruitment Business Strategy & Development at International Schools Services, where they develop and implements strategies to attract top educational talent for international schools. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Global Recruitment at the same company, supporting schools globally in hiring for diversity and building interculturally competent teams. Pauline has also worked as the Director of Administrative Searches & Governance Services at ISS, where they supported schools in hiring and guided aspiring leaders and women in leadership. Before joining ISS, they held the position of Director of Career & Recruitment Services at the Council of International Schools. Additionally, they have management experience as Operations Director and Operations Manager at Blue Lynx Employment BV. Pauline began their career as a Manager at the FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE PHARMACEUTIQUE (FIP).
