Greg Schultz's experience in association management began at Organization Management Systems Inc. (OMSI) from 1984 to 1991, followed by the establishment of The Sherwood Group, which merged with Kellen in 2015. Greg Schultz earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Roosevelt University from 1983 to 1987.
