Sara Rourke-Nasir is an accomplished psychotherapist and mental health consultant with extensive experience in the field of trauma and dissociation. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the International Society for Trauma and Dissociation since January 2022, Sara also co-chairs the Webinar Committee. With a background at CDS UK since November 2015, Sara holds roles as Supervisor, Specialist Consultant Psychotherapist, and Therapeutic Support Staff. In private practice at Sara Rourke - Soho Psychotherapy since August 2017, Sara provides psychotherapy and supervision. Previous contributions include consulting on mental health for Vogue and writing for Refinery29, along with guest lecturing at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust from 2018 to 2020.
