Andrei Dinu

Andrei Dinu currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Eurasia Africa TRICARE Overseas Program at International SOS, overseeing medical and non-medical teams in the region since June 2023. Prior to this role, Andrei held various leadership positions including Operations Director for the TRICARE Overseas Program in Germany and Benelux at medneo, and Head of Project and Change at SYNLAB Holding Deutschland GmbH. Additionally, Andrei has significant experience in operational excellence and business development, with a robust background in managing international projects, integrating laboratory information systems, and driving revenue growth. Andrei holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and multiple qualifications in project management.
