David Johnson

David Johnson has extensive experience in leadership roles within the medical, security, and assistance services sectors. Currently serving as Group Director of Medical & Security Assistance Services and CEO of Security Services at International SOS since September 2012, David Johnson has also held key positions as Group Director for Assistance and Operations. Prior to this, David Johnson was CEO of Travel Security Services, a joint venture with Control Risks. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Reuters, focusing on sales, marketing, and operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. David Johnson began his professional career as a Captain in the British Army from 1989 to 1995. David Johnson earned a 2:1 degree in Applied Geology from Oxford Brookes University after completing studies at Stonyhurst College.
