David O'Neil

David O'Neil is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Human Resource Superintendent at ICTSI South Pacific since February 2022, David is responsible for recruitment, training and development, performance management, and HR strategy and planning, among other key functions. Prior to this role, David worked as a Human Resource Officer at International SOS and as a Human Resources Specialist at Ray White. David's earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Administrator and Coordinator at China Railway Construction Engineering Group. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Papua New Guinea, earned between 2012 and 2015.
