Gerald Goyard

Gerald Goyard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles at International SOS since July 2003, including positions as Global Chief Financial Officer for Assistance Services and regional CFO for the Americas, Northern Europe, and the Middle East & Africa. Goyard has successfully overseen operations generating annual revenues of US$400M and managed finance and IT functions across multiple regions, directing activities in 29 countries. Prior to International SOS, Goyard held finance roles at Saipem in Portugal and Bouygues Offshore in Angola, alongside earlier experience at Bouygues Construction. Goyard's educational background includes an Accelerated Development Program in Management from London Business School and postgraduate degrees in Finance and Auditing.
