Jacky Liang is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations and service delivery. Currently serving as Senior IT Manager for Greater China at International SOS since March 2012, Jacky leads the execution of IT strategy and aligns client needs with company services. Previously held the role of GIT Manager at Maersk Line from July 2010 to March 2012, focusing on IT operations and service management through ITIL v3 best practices. Jacky also progressed through various roles at International SOS from IT Helpdesk Officer to IT Supervisor between August 2005 and July 2010. Jacky holds an MBA in Business Administration from UCSI, completed in October 2022, and a degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications earned in 2010.
