Maddy Gillbanks is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at International SOS since March 2023, Maddy has previously held positions including Human Resources Advisor at Fire Rescue Victoria and People & Culture Officer at Forensicare. Maddy's career began with roles in customer service and administration, which provided a solid foundation for HR functions, such as recruitment, policy development, and staff onboarding. Maddy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT Online and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology, complemented by studies at Curtin University.
