Nancy Cruz

Nancy Cruz possesses a diverse background in administrative and customer service roles, with extensive experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Site Liaison Officer for International SOS since May 2018, Nancy has also held positions such as Administrator for Medical Services and Receptionist. Prior to this, experience includes roles at Meador Staffing Services as a Bilingual Receptionist, and at Costa Bahia Hotel, Convention Center and Casino as a Hostess. Nancy's background in patient services was developed at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where roles included Patient Services Coordinator and Receptionist. Additionally, Nancy contributed to the Texas Department of Public Safety as a Customer Service Representative III. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology from the University of Houston.
