Ron Martin

Ron Martin has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, talent management, and employee relations. Ron is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for International SOS, where they are responsible for providing HR leadership and developing strategic people plans. Prior to this role, Ron held executive positions at Strongbridge Biopharma plc, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Centocor Inc., Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont, Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, and Roadway Express Inc. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions, implementing employee programs and policies, and advising senior leadership on various HR matters.

Ron Martin received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Findlay in 1983. Ron continued their education at the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from 1997 to 1999.
