Weiming Li

Weiming Li (李偉銘) currently serves as the People Engagement and L&D Manager at International SOS since September 2025. Prior to this role, Weiming was the People Development & Engagement Manager at Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) from February 2023 to October 2025, focusing on talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Previous experience includes positions as a People and Culture Manager at Singtel, where responsibilities involved strategic partnership, employee relations, and organizational development, as well as roles at SIRS Singapore Institute of Retail Studies, SF Group, Eu Yan Sang, and Resorts World Sentosa, spanning various aspects of training and human resources. Weiming holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Security Studies from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a diploma in engineering informatics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
