Alyssa Poggioli

Alyssa Poggioli is an experienced executive leadership coach currently serving as an Executive Leadership Coach at AMP Journey LLC since November 2016 and as an Executive Coach at Thrive Global since October 2022, focusing on enhancing leadership skills and personal development through science-based coaching. Additionally, Alyssa has taken on the role of Program Coach/Mentor with the International Sports Sciences Association since August 2024, guiding mentees in their personal and professional growth. Previous roles include Empowerment Coach at the Health Coach Institute, where Alyssa supported students in their business and marketing efforts, and Program Manager at Active Wellness, leading corporate fitness centers. Early career experience includes various management roles at TCA Holdings, overseeing fitness centers and wellbeing programming for major corporate clients. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Health Promotions with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
