Kerrie Carroll

Kerrie Carroll is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the VP of People at the International Sports Sciences Association since April 2024. Prior roles include VP of Human Resources at OUTFORM, where responsibilities encompassed all HR aspects in a global marketing services organization, and VP of Human Resources at Intelligent Medical Objects, overseeing global HR strategy across multiple countries in the healthcare technology sector. Earlier in the career, Kerrie held various HR leadership positions at Cleo, including Director of Human Resources, and was instrumental in building the HR function in its early stages. Career beginnings occurred at SupplyCore Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist. Kerrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
