International Spy Museum
Julie E. Kaplan, CFRE, currently serves as the Vice President of Development & Membership at the International Spy Museum, a nonprofit dedicated to documenting espionage history. Prior to this role, Kaplan held the position of Senior Director of Development at George Mason University College of Public Health, where innovative public health programs were established. Kaplan also served as Vice President of Major Gifts for the Army Historical Foundation, focusing on honoring American soldiers, and as Director of Development at Harding Land Trust, which aims to preserve natural areas in New Jersey. Additionally, Kaplan's experience includes significant roles at the Holocaust Museum Houston, American Red Cross, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the United Nations, where research on gender equality and women's empowerment was conducted. Kaplan earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Lafayette College.
